On Thursday Nov, 02nd 2023 welding inspection level 2 training course was concluded in the Libyan Technical Center for Welding Technologies in Tajouraa under the supervision of Training and Development Dept. including the Technical Training Section. The training course period last for 6 weeks (135 hrs.) of training. The trainees were granted Welding Inspection license approved by Higher Education Ministry and Quality Guarantee Center, in the first precedent of its kind by which training and development Dpt. seeks to raise the efficiency of Corrosion Section specialists of Engineering Dept. In the fields of Corrosion and Mineralogy and recognition of most welding processes, different metal types, theoretical and practical heat treatment methods and weld ability of carbon steel. It also enables them to know the types of destructive and non-destructive tests theoretically and practically and other various topics related to welding.
