This morning, Wednesday, 13th September 2023, the eleventh meeting of the Management Committee was held at the company’s main offices , in the presence of Mr.: Dr. Fathi Ben Zahia, CMC, and through the closed circle, Mr.: Ahmed Al-Mujabri, MCM, Mr.: Stephen Pierre, MCM, and Mr.: Ahmed Muhammad Al-Imam, Management Committee Office Manager, and on behalf of the Monitoring Board, attended by Mr.: Chairman of the Board, Kamal Al-Muntaser.
The agenda presented for discussion was reviewed and the committee concluded by reaching a set of procedures related to the company’s works conduct and directing the relevant departments to implementation, taking into account compliance with the regulations and legislation in force.
