In the frame of WOC efforts to upgrade its staff qualification to meet the deep upgrading of the oil sector depending on its own capabilities in preparing and executing the training programs in terms of scientific qualification and experience to participate in the training plans of company as the opportunity was granted to all the employees by the chairman Mr. Ahmed Abdallah Ammar with a pamphlet explaining such keen programs which upgrade the WOC employees.
